Instructions
Paint the Window Box

Purchase a plastic window box from any discount or craft store.
2Paint the window box in a well-ventilated area with two coats of black spray paint designed for use on plastics.
3Allow the window box to dry overnight.
Prepare the Florist Foam

Cut the florist foam to fit inside the window box. The top of the foam should be about 1/8-inch above the top of window box.
5Soak the foam in water for 30 minutes.
6Hollow out two holes in the top of the foam, 4 inches from either end of the window box. The holes should be about 2 inches deep.
7Line the inside of the window box with plastic wrap and place the foam inside.
Arrange the Flowers

Cut the stems of the roses to 5 inches long.
9Line the edge of the florist foam with small sprigs of evergreen.
10Place the red roses in the top of the florist foam. Place a few white roses throughout to lighten the arrangement.
11Fill in any sparse areas with evergreen sprigs.
12Insert two white taper candles in the holes you made in the foam. Merry Christmas!
