How to Create Christmas Centerpieces

How to Create Christmas Centerpieces

If you're having a holiday party or Christmas dinner at your home, create a memorable centerpiece for the table. It doesn't have to be time consuming or expensive to make a centerpiece that will look festive and bring cheer to the table. If you don't have a lot of time, put this together in just a few minutes using what you may have on hand along with a few supplies purchased from a craft store to make a centerpiece that stands out. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

    1

Wet the floral foam until it's damp and place it on the cake stand. If you're using artificial flowers, don't wet the foam; simply place it on the cake stand.

    2

Trim the flower stems, leaving a few inches of stem left. Stick the flowers into the foam, making sure that no foam is viewable.

    3

Drape greenery around the flowers, or cut sprigs of it and place it in the arrangement itself however you like.

    4

Place embellishments around the centerpiece or inside the flower arrangement. Some ideas are holly berries, small decorative present boxes, Christmas candy or ball ornaments.

    5

Add a couple of lit taper candles around the centerpiece to showcase it and add a warm glow to your Christmas table.
